Meriwether's American Grill has created these unique wine and dinner packages that are sure to please.  From 4 people to 200 people we can accommodate your next night out or special occasion.

Make your reservation 48 hours in advance and we'll take care of the rest.  (Groups of 50 or more require 5 days notice)  Simply call 208-748-1151 to book your very own wine dinner package.

Clearwater Package - This is a four course dinner per person Email us for more information.

• Ginger pan seared scallops with fresh Hawaiian pineapple sauce paired with Rodney Strong Charlotte, Sauvignon Blanc from California.

• Iceberg wedge salad with chunky Blue Cheese dressing, bacon, chopped egg, and chives paired with Ghost Pines Chardonnay from Washington State.

• Filet Mignon pan seared and topped with truffle oil and wild mushrooms served with new buttered potatoes and fresh market vegetables.  Paired with Maryhill Zinfandel Reserve 2004 from Washington State.

• Huckleberry Crème Brul'ee Paired with Ste. Chappell Johannesburg Riesling from Idaho.

Snake River Package - This is a six course dinner per person  Email us for more information.

• Baked Brie with roasted garlic and grilled baguettes, paired with Cougar Crest Viognier from Washington State

• French onion soup topped with Swiss and Parmesan Cheese the oven baked.  Paired with Penfold's Bin 389 Cabernet / Shiraz from Australia

• Classic Caesar salad tossed with our Caesar dressing and topped with fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese paired with Columbia Grand Estate Pinot Gris from Washington State

• Chicken Oscar - Chicken breast filled with herbs, crab, asparagus spears and Swiss cheese then set atop Béarnaise sauce paired with Kendall Jackson Chardonnay from California

• Herb crusted Lamb Chops with mint jelly prepared Classic French style paired with L'Ecole No.41 Merlot from Washington State

• Crepes Suzette - Light thin crepes filled with fresh mandarin oranges finished with an orange liquor sauce and topped with Crème Fraiche.  Paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Gewurztraminer from Washington State

receptionist to the bar tender/waitress in the Lounge. Because our stay was on a Sunday, we had to order dinner in the lounge which gave us a little concern because we didn’t want “bar food”. Well, the dinner was GREAT and the wine was truly awesome! Rachelle (the bartender/waitress) was great, all we

had to do was smile, relax and be good customers and we received awesome service. What a great dining experience (from a lounge no less). If you find yourself traveling to Lewiston, Clarkston or the surrounding area, do not hesitate to book a room at the Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston."
