fresh Hawaiian pineapple sauce paired with Rodney Strong
Charlotte, Sauvignon Blanc from California.
Iceberg wedge salad with chunky
Blue Cheese dressing, bacon, chopped egg, and chives paired
with Ghost Pines Chardonnay from Washington State.
Filet Mignon pan seared and
topped with truffle oil and wild mushrooms served with new
buttered potatoes and fresh market vegetables. Paired

"The staff was great, from
the
receptionist to the bar
tender/waitress in the Lounge. Because our stay was on a Sunday, we had to
order dinner in the lounge which gave us a little concern because we didn’t
want “bar food”. Well, the dinner was GREAT and the wine was truly awesome!
Rachelle (the bartender/waitress) was great, all we
had to do was smile, relax
and be good customers and we received awesome service. What a great dining
experience (from a lounge no less). If you find yourself traveling to
Lewiston, Clarkston or the surrounding area, do not hesitate to book a room
at the Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston."
